Super fresh, crunchy and FUN! My daughter loved making these homemade potato chips. If you haven’t tried this before, do it now. You will never buy store-bought chips again.

The possibilities are endless. Season them with your favorite spice. I know you can’t just eat one of these.

  • 1 whole Large Russett Potato
  • Oil for frying
  • Sea Salt

Very thinly slice the raw potatoes by hand or with a food processor.

Heat the oil in a deep kettle or fryer pot

Add the chips a few at a time, and cook until golden brown.

Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to dry.
