My absolute favorite thing to do with leftover pieces of pie crust dough is to brush them with butter, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, and bake them in the oven. These oddly-shaped crispy cookies are the perfect snack while you wait for your pie to bake! YUMMY!!!

If there are large pieces of dough leftover, I’ll also cut them into pretty shapes with a sharp knife and use them to decorate the top of the pie.
