Every time you make this chicken you will be asked for the recipe. So delicious and full of flavor.

8 chicken thighs

Flour to coat chicken

Brown chicken, do not fully cook just brown. Remove from grease and set a side.

For the Gravy

4 cups of whole milk

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1/8 cup finely chopper onions

1 tablespoon of salt (to taste)

1 tablespoon of pepper

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

Pinch of sage

In a large saucepan cook onion and garlic in the butter until onions are translated. DO NOT BURN BUTTER.

Add flour; stir for about a minute. Quickly whisk in milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Whisk gravy constantly until it becomes thick and creamy.

After gravy has thickened, add chicken and simmer for 45 minutes.
