“Here’s a super simple dry rub for a slab of pork ribs. Works great with chicken, too.” I have also used this for Boston Butt Roast and it was delicious!

6 Tablespoons brown sugar

3 Tablespoons paprika

3 Tablespoons salt (Kosher or Sea Salt)

3 Tablespoons ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder (more if you like)

2 Tablespoons mustard powder

Use 1-2 tablespoons per slab. Rub on ribs 4-12 hours before grilling.

Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and mustard powder. Rub into pork ribs. For best results, allow ribs to marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. Grill ribs as desired.
