Coconut Balls are a classic holiday candy, beloved by all ages. These are so delicious, but very rich. I halved the recipe and still had more than enough. Enjoy!
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 stick butter
- 14 ounces coconut
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
Ghirardelli Chocolate Candy Making Block (I only melt half at a time)(I purchase mine at Sam’s Club)
Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator — after rolling into balls.
Dip each candy into melted chocolate.
