Great simple recipe, taste delicious! Having this tonight with our Super Bowl Party!
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 roll Tennessee Pride hot or original sausage (I use hot sausage)
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
Brown sausage until fully cooked. Drain.
Cut Velveeta into small cubes and add to cockpot on medium heat.
When cheese starts to melt add Rotel Tomato mix and sausage. Mix well.
Cook until cheese is completely melted.
Best when dip is hot or kept warm.
