What’s for supper? Grilled smoked sausage smothered in BBQ sauce, topped with onions, peppers and prepared over the fire. In mere minutes, dinner is served!

1 green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
Barbecue Sauce to taste (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
Heavy-duty aluminum foil
While grill is preheating, prepare one large sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil. Slice all ingredients and place on foil. Pour barbecue sauce over the sausage and vegetables. Cover with another large piece of aluminum foil and seal to make a foil pack.
Place foil pack on grill, grill for 10-12 minutes and then flip. Grill till peppers and onions are softened. To check the level of doneness of the vegetables, carefully open top being cautious of escaping steam.
Serve with a baked potato, or your favorite side.
Can make individual packets or in one large foil pack.
