This stuff is wonderful!!! You really need to put this on your menu. It’s a signature dish from Welcome Home, and it’s actually on the cover of her new cookbook. You can see her dish here. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks Welcome Home!

6 whole Yukon Gold baby potatoes, diced
1 (16 ounce) bag sauerkraut, (bagged, not canned)
1 lb kielbasa, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup honey (or 1/2 cup brown sugar)
parsley

Add a little olive oil to large skillet and brown Kielbasa slices over medium high heat until nicely caramelized. Add the slices to your crockpot.  Next pour in Sauerkraut with juices (do not drain). Add 1/4 cup of honey or 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cover and cook for 2 hours on low.  Add potatoes and cook for another 2 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.  Sprinkle top with parsley and serve.
