1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon seasoning
1 3/4 lb pork tenderloin
Preheat oven to 500.
Rub tenderloin with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning over pork. Sear meat on all sides. Place pork in a 9×13-in dish.
Put pork in for 15 minutes. Turn off oven. Do not open the door. Let the pork sit in oven 45-60 minutes longer, until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
