I love it when people has a family favorite recipe to share. My cousin Vikki emailed me with a recipe she said was a hit with her family. I’m glad she did, because it was a hit with my family too. It’s a recipe that can easily be changed or add your favorite ingredient to suit your taste. Thank you Vikki Garrett for sharing!

1lb ground beef, cooked and drained

1 small jar tomato pasta sauce

2 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Optional items: chopped onions, green pepper, and pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350.. Brown Hamburger and drain. Spray a 9×13 dish…place 1 can of crescent rolls in dish and  pop in the heated oven for 5 minutes. Remove and layer hamburger pour spaghetti sauce over meat.

Layer (optional items) then cheese and pepperoni. Final layer is the other can of crescent rolls. Pop in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until bubbly on the sides and rolls are browned.  Serve with side salad if desired.
