Here is an easy, fast dish of fried sweet potatoes. They’re yummy and on the table in no time.

3 small sweet potatoes
butter
brown sugar
cinnamon

Cut up the sweet potatoes into thin pieces so they cook quickly. Pan-fry, covered, in butter, on medium heat gradually lowering the heat so the sugars in the sweet potatoes don’t burn.

Once the potatoes are tender, add more butter, about 1 tablespoon brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Stir to coat the potatoes, serve, and enjoy!

For a healthier version fry in coconut oil.
