About Me

ipiccy 119

Hello, thanks for stopping by Where Flours Bloom. My name is Karen Gentry, and I live in a small town in Tennessee with my husband Keith and daughter Madison. We have been married for 30 years, and I give all the credit to the good Lord. A christian home is the only way to have a happy home.

I am a full-time stay at home mom. I home school my one and only daughter, and loving every minute of it.

I started my blog September 5, 2011. I’m new at blogging and have lots to learn. I hope you over look things I need to improve on with my posts, and hope you will share your thoughts and ideas to help me.

My two passions are baking and photography. I still have a lot to learn in both areas, but still having lots of fun with the two. We enjoy good home cook meals and that’s what I’m shooting for to share with you on my blog.

All recipes I post have been tested and family approved. I will never post anything that is not company worthy. Some recipes are from family, some I have created, and others I have just stumbled upon.

Please look around and leave a comment. Thanks for the visit!
